CD14 is a conceptual art project built around a single artwork. Behind the artwork lies a secret intended for only one person.

Acquire the artwork and gain access to the secret under the project’s defined terms.

Accept the challenge, go through the CD14 decoding process, and try to uncover the project’s secret.

The secret is not displayed.
It must be discovered or acquired in accordance with the rules of the CD14 project.

There are two ways to participate with CD14: acquire the artwork or go through the CD14 decoding process.
The current decoding mechanics and its terms remain unchanged.

The Buyer or the Decoder gains access to CD14’s confidential information only after signing a bilateral non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between the parties.
Access to the secret itself does not mean that the rights to publish, reproduce, or commercially use it are transferred.

The content of the secret is intended for limited access.
It must not be published, reproduced, or transferred to third parties without the artist’s appropriate written permission.

In case of a breach of the confidentiality obligation, the legal remedies and liability defined in the NDA signed between the parties apply.
The NDA also provides for contractual liability, including a contractual penalty of 6,800,000 AMD, if that clause is applicable to the given transaction and the parties.

CD14’s visual image, concept, encoding system, and creative materials related to the project remain the intellectual property of the artist Arno Karoni, within the limits of applicable copyright law.
Keeping the secret is an integral part of the CD14 experience.
